  • {{GWOIA}} does not apply to administration's logos (source), and
  • {{PD-ROC-exempt}} only applies to symbols or emblems that are formulated according to law (source), in which case the particular law that substantiates this claim must be specified.
These images do not meet these conditions.

In order to facilitate the public to better utilize the website information, all of Environmental Protection Bureau, Kaohsiung City Government (高雄市政府環境保護局)’s publicly posted information and materials that are protected under copyright provisions may be reauthorized for public use without cost in a non-exclusive manner.
