| Description |
English: Llangynllo railway station
The station is a request stop on the Heart of Wales Line between Llanbister Road station and Knucklas station. The moveable wooden steps, painted in the turquoise livery of Arriva Trains Wales, are needed because of the unusually large drop from the level of a carriage door to platform level. The single-platform station is 1¼ miles (c 2km) north of the small village it serves. A road sign near the station pointing towards the village shows the spelling Llangunllo. |
