English: The part of acropolis of Liubymivka site of ancient settlement. Liubymivka site of ancient settlement is dated by IX century B.C. – IV century A.D., has the status of immovable monument of archeology of Ukraine of national importance and is located within the bounds of Liubymivka village in Kakhovka raion of Kherson region in Ukraine. The scientists pass different views on the predominating in mass populating of the site: a part of then suggest the settlement has been mainly populated by representatives of Scythian culture, other part suggest the key inhabitants have been representatives of Olbia who had become the escapees after its conquest by Scythians in the end of III century B.C. and especially – after the aggression of Goths and Huns in III– IV century A.D.
