Español: Don Lino Ramírez M.: M.: (Maestro Masón), dirigente de las milicias estatales y padre de Ignacio Ramírez, seguidor de doña Josefa Ortiz de Domínguez, patriota liberal de ideas firmes y afiliado al partido federalista e introductor de la logia yorquina en Querétaro, liberal, progresista. Político de Querétaro: fue vicegobernador con José María Diez Marina y Gobernador en 1833. Jurisconsulto e Insurgente y de estirpe criolla, descendiente de caciques aztecas y tarascos, se decía que era del linaje de Cuitlateca y Auelitoc, así como de los últimos señores tarascos de Michoacán.
