Description
English: A plate of cold Northern Sichuan-style liangfen (Chinese bean jelly), before stirring. This dish is served as an appetizer. In Chinese, this dish is called 川北涼粉 (Northern Sichuan Liangfen). Photo taken at the Hong Kong Palace Chinese restaurant in Falls Church, Virginia, United States, with a Canon Digital IXUS 50 digital camera.
