| Description |
English: Levant Higher Bal Taken from Levant Road, this is Higher Bal (= mine). The engine house had a 35" Cornish winding and pumping engine. The retaining walls contain two well-preserved ore chutes and two arched entrances, the taller leading to the steps up to the mine and the shorter giving access to Guide Shaft. |
