La poste civile du Cambodge n'ouvrira qu'en décémbre 1945 (voir ci-dessous).

Lettre de France non-affranchie déposée en urgence à PARIS GARE PLM ETRANGER, (probablement pour profiter d'un avion militaire) transit Saigon 16/11/45 et acheminée à Phnom Penh par les Gurkhas britanniques qui y apposent leur cachet FPO 123 avant distribution.
