The letter of Raja Bendahara Paduka Seri Maharaja Pengiran Muhammad Alam to the Governor General of Spain in Manila. Raja Bendahara wrote the letter with the hope that Brunei and Manila's commercial relations would last forever.

Surat Raja Bendahara Paduka Seri Maharaja Pengiran Muhammad Alam kepada Gabenor Jeneral Sepanyol di Manila. Dalam surat tersebut, Raja Bendahara menyatakan harapan yang tinggi agar hubungan perdagangan antara Brunei dengan Manila akan terus terjalin untuk selamanya.
