[edit]DescriptionLenz law demonstration.png |
English: Lenz's law tells the direction of a current in a conductor loop induced indirectly by the change in magnetic flux through the loop. Scenarios a, b, c, d and e are possible. Scenario f is impossible due to the law of conservation of energy (energy can not be destroyed or created). The charges (electrons) in the conductor are not pushed in motion directly by the change in flux, but by a perpendicular circular electric field (not pictured) which directs a force to the electrons. This electric field surrounds the total magnetic field of inducing and induced magnetic fields. Changing total magnetic field induces the electric field. It is worth noting that electrons always move to the opposite than current I does.
Suomi: Lenzin laki määrää suljetussa johdinsilmukassa suunnan virralle, jonka magneettivuon muutos silmukassa on epäsuorasti saanut aikaan. Tilanteet a, b, c, d ja e ovat mahdollisia. Tilanne f on mahdoton johtuen energian säilymislaista (energiaa ei voida luoda eikä hävittää). Johtimen varaukset (elektronit) eivät liiku suoraan magneettisen vuon muutoksen vuoksi, vaan kohtisuoran kehämäisen sähkökentän (ei näy kuvassa) niihin kohdistaman voiman vaikutuksesta. Sähkökenttä ympäröi indusoivan ja indusoidun kentän muodostamaa kokonaismagneettikentää. Muuttuva kokonaismagneettikenttä indusoi sähkökentän. On hyvä ottaa huomioon, että elektronit liikkuvat aina vastakkaiseen suuntaan kuin virta I. |
