Summary

[edit]
Description
English: Leeds and Liverpool Canal, Barnoldswick Looking south-west. The metal chimneys belong to the nearby Rolls Royce works. The remains of the long-demolished Banks Bridge (No 155) can be seen along the towpath. Even these remains were removed soon afterwards. The canal has thus lost bridges Nos 154 (Eastwood) and 155 (Banks), but Bridge No 154A, between them, is the busy Skipton Road bridge.
