Description Town Hall, Leeds, West Yorkshire, England. Designed by Cuthbert Brodrick, built 1853-1858. Showing carving over the clock on the clock tower. The putti are by Catherine Mawer, and the sheep's head (fleece) by William Ingle. The flower swag and the leaf border around the clock face are by a final-year apprentice.
