Description
Deutsch: (MOL Brandenburg) Lebus - Riesige Möwen und Graureiher, auch Fischreiher genannt, jagen gemeinsam auf den Buhnenköpfen der Oder. Die meisten Möwenarten sind Allesfresser, die je nach Gelegenheit lebende Nahrung oder Abfälle und Aas zu sich nehmen. Es überwiegt aber tierische Nahrung wie Fische, Krebstiere, Weichtiere oder Stachelhäuter, gelegentlich auch kleine Nagetiere. Der Graureiher dagegen sticht blitzschnell nach kleineren Fischen, Fröschen, Molchen, Schlangen und Wasserinsekten. Er frisst auch Ratten und Schermäuse, die er im Ganzen verschlingt. Auf Wiesen wartet er stocksteif stehend auf Mäuse und verzehrt manchmal auch Eier sowie Jungvögel.
