English: Hummus (Hummus bi tahini) is a Levantine dip or spread made from cooked, mashed chickpeas, blended with tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and garlic. This plate is made in Hezbollah headquarters in Baalbek. Baalbek, Beqaa Valley, Lebanon.
