English: U.S. Air Force Dustin Harmon, 377th Test and Evaluation Group commander conducts a mission brief to the Leadership Santa Maria Valley members during a tour at Vandenberg Space Force Base, Calif., Sept. 6, 2024. Leadership Santa Maria Valley is an 11-month program that allows participants to increase their understanding of local issues, challenges, and solutions while expanding their personal and professional networks as well as refining their leadership skills. The program has over 400 graduates serving on boards of local organizations and in a variety of leadership roles within government, service, non-profit, and business sectors.
