PD. This is a very old postcard, so it is likely {{PD-old}}. If not, then it is PD because it was clearly published prior to 1978 without a valid (c) mark (domestic postal card rates were never one cent after 1932), so it would be {{PD-US-no notice}}, since the ebay scan of the front and reverse side show no evidence of the mark. This image is a 2D scan of the original artwork, which is in the PD, so {{PD-art}} applies.
