Deutsch: Fürsterzbischof Wolf Dietrich von Raitenau bewilligt der Stadt Laufen 1598 einen Zuschuss von 2000 Gulden.

Wir Wolf Dietrich, von Gottes genaden, Ertzbischove Zu Saltzburg, Legat des
Stuels Zu Rom. Bekhennen, demnach unns unnsere liebe Getreue, St. Pfleger, Bürger=
maister unnd Rath, unnser Statt Laufen, undertheinigist angebracht unnd Zuerkhennen geben, Wie
das sy Zu gemainer Statt daselbs notturfft, wegen machung der Weeg, Pruggen, unnd strassen,
ainer Summa gelts als nemblich Zway Tausent gulden, bedürfftig. Welche Inen von gueten
orthen umb die gebürliche VerZinßing fürgestreckht werden wolten. Haben sy uns derwegen
umb genedigisten Consenß unnd bewilligung undertheinigist gebetten, Hierauf so haben wir
alß Herr unnd Landtßfürst, Ir gehorsamist bitten aus obberüerten ursachen angesehen, Consentieren
unnd bewilligen auch in vorbemelts anlehen der Zway Tausent gulden, hiemit wissentlich in Crafft
dits briefs. alsvil wir von rechtswegen thuen sollen unnd mögen, Urkhund diß briefs,
Geben unnd mit unnserm hiefürgetruckhten Secret verferttigt, Zu unnser Statt Salzburg.
