English: Senior Chief Petty Officer Donald Miterko, officer-in-charge of Coast Guard Station Muskegon, Mich., receives orders from Adm. Paul F. Zukunft, commandant, U. S. Coast Guard, to lower the Coast Guard Ensign from response boat 41410 during its decommissioning ceremony at Coast Guard Station Grand Haven, Mich., July 31, 2014.
