Proses pembuatan Wadai Lapis melibatkan pembuatan adonan dari bahan seperti tepung beras, gula, santan kelapa, dan bumbu-bumbu seperti daun pandan untuk memberikan aroma dan warna yang khas. Setiap lapisan adonan dicampur dengan warna dan rasa yang berbeda, kemudian lapisan-lapisan tersebut ditumpuk secara bergantian dan kemudian dikukus hingga matang.
English: Wadai Lapis is a popular traditional dish in Indonesia. The process of making Wadai Lapis involves making dough from ingredients such as rice flour, sugar, coconut milk, and spices such as pandan leaves to give it a distinctive aroma and color. Each layer of dough is mixed with different colors and flavors, then the layers are stacked alternately and then steamed until cooked.
