Ocupa unha parcela de aproximadamente 4.400 m2 de superficie. O lado máis curto está ocupado polo antigo edificio de oficinas da fábrica, un sinxelo edificio de estilo decó atribuído ao arquitecto Lastra. La Fábrica de Lápices, hoy abandonada, es parte muy importante de la historia industrial de la ciudad.
