| Description |
English: Lane to the Pixham Ferry View eastwards along Pixham Ferry Lane to the site of the former Boat Inn, which provided refreshment for over 300 years. To the right the Pixham Ferry used to operate across the Severn until the ferry boat was sunk during heavy floods in 1939 and it was never replaced. It had for years been the only means of visiting the nearest doctor, resident in the opposite village of Kempsey. |
