Description
English: Landslip Debris, Hasty Bank. The landslip occurred in 1872 completely destroying the Stokesley to Bilsdale road below. This resulted in a four year legal battle to decide if the local township of Ingleby Greenhow had to re-instate the original road or if they could just use a two mile diversion. They lost.
