English: The landscape protection area is located with three landscape parts on the southern slope of the Lonetal-Flächenalb and south of the sub-community Lehr.
It contains several biotopes and a natural monument. The main protective purpose of this landscape protection area is to preserve, maintain and develop the remains of the former cultural landscape on the southern slope of the Lonetal-Flächenalb with its sheep pasture in the area "Vorderer Berg" and the forest area in the area "Wengenholz" south of the subdistrict Lehr, as well as the area in its unity as an undeveloped landscape on the outskirts of the town, as far as possible after the extension of the federal road B10 and the "Berliner Ring".
