Land-Our Changing Earth (English)
The original finding aid described this as: Both sides contain information about what NASA scientists with the Earth Observing System and the Earth Science Enterprise are doing to study and understand the land. Colorful and instructional satellite images, graphs, and pictures complement the fact-filled information. Classroom activities are included. Some of the topics covered include ecosystems, vegetation, Mt. Etna erupting, fighting fires with satellites, the Chesapeake Bay, carbon dioxide, biomasses burning, Mount St. Helen, and making a forest map of the South East.
