Français : luminaire (lampadaire) alimenté par un petit module photovoltaïque combiné à une petite génératrice éolinne d'électricité. Avangages : il n'est pas nécessaire de creuser des tranchées pour apporter l'électricité. Le système est autonome ; Souvent, en l'absence de vent, il y ait du soleil et inversement. La batterie conserve assez d'électricité pour les besoins du luminaire, qui est éteint une partie de la nuit.
Combiner les deux sources d'énergie permet de compenser le caractère intermittant de chacune d'entre elle. Ces luminaires (à leds) fonctionnennent (à la date de la photo) depuis plus de deux ans, à Ruisseauville, dans la région Nord-Pas-de-Calais, à Ruisseauville (nord de la France, département du Pas-de-Calais). Il a été installé et testé par l'Association "[A Petits pas]" sur une zone d'accueil du public, comprenant un hébergement collectif (sur les thèmes de l'écotourisme, de la citoyenneté, de la création et de l'écoconstruction).
