Description
English: I have no doubt that these tiny clams woould be very tasty. What I can't get over is that lady who is selling them probably spent all morning picking out the meat from the shells. In fact, that was what she was doing just before I started taking photos. No rush, just a nice slow rhythm. I noticed that they use a straightened safety pin, probably because the loop and the clasp make a good handle. It is amazing how on-demand food production is.
