Cette girouette, à l'entrée du Grand Canal, surmonte le beffroi de la Pointe de la Douane (Punta della Dogana) aménagée en centre d'art contemporain par la Fondation F. Pinault. Elle est constituée de deux atlantes de bronze supportant la "Palla d'Oro" que domine la statue de la Fortune, de Bernardo Falcone. L'ensemble a été restauré par la Fondation F.
