Description
Español: La Catrina, personaje imprescindible del día de muertos, representa a la clase alta de la sociedad de los tiempos anteriores a la Revolución, por ello se presenta con vestidos elegantes y llamativos. Algunas veces porta accesorios distintivos como sombrillas y sombreros. Esta Catrina fue captada en el hermoso centro de Coyoacán, Ciudad de México, el 3 de noviembre de 2012, justo un día después del día de muertos. Su mirada retadora nos invita a disfrutar de la vida, porque nunca se sabe cuándo vendrá por nosotros.
English: The "Catrina", essential character of "Día de muertos", represents the high society of the period before of the Mexican Revolution. Because of this she wears elegant and atractive dresses. This "Catrina" was photographed in the beautiful downtown of "Coyoacán", Mexico City, november 3th, just the day after "Día de muertos". Her intimidating look invites us to enjoy life because you will never now when she will get you.
