Wappenbeschreibung
„In Gold ein blauer Balken.“[1]
Das am 12. Mai 2015[1] genehmigte Wappen der heutigen Gemeinde Lejasciems (Lejasciema pagasts) geht zurück auf das Wappen, das der damaligen Stadt Lejasciems am 21. Oktober 1938 genehmigt wurde. Es unterscheidet sich von diesem lediglich durch die Schildform.
