English: In the name of Allah, let's begin... "Who says: 'A phrase you hear every morning as voices rise in an auction for selling fish tables, where sellers and fishermen from neighboring provinces gather to attend the auction, buy what the sea has brought, then head back to their town to start their own journey of selling fish to the locals. This active scene at the Rashid port lasts for about two hours, in constant motion, boats lining the shore and workers bringing out the fish tables. Someone calls out for the auction, while another carries the tables to the mobile cars. There are those who break the ice to ensure the quality of the fish for as long as possible, then a new fishing trip begins.' Rashid - Egypt."
