Description

On June 27, 2020, crews decommissioned the 78-year-old bridge that carries the Long Island Rail Road main line over Glen Cove Road in Carle Place. Overnight, crews replaced the bridge with a new bridge containing a third bay, where crews will install a third main line track in 2022.
