Description Low Elevation Spray Application (LESA) and Low Energy Precision Application (LEPA) systems are being used on the Gonzales’ alfalfa field in Lovington, NM on July 30, 2012. The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) Environmental Quality Incentives Program (EQIP) provided assistance to the Gonzales brothers to enable them to replace their antiquated and inefficient pivot systems with the LESA system.
