Español: La Alegoría de la Libertad está ubicada en el centro de la Plaza de Armas de Piura. Fue colocada ahí en 1871 en conmemoración del cincuenta aniversario de la Independencia del Perú. Esta fina escultura hecha en mármol simboliza la libertad que alcanzamos en 1821. Protejamos nuestro patrimonio cultural y seamos reflejo de los valores que inspiraron a los próceres y precursores de nuestra independencia. |
