Description
Français : L' hajkutter "Lola of Skagen" arrivant dans le port de La Rochelle. Ce bateau de pêche (voilier de pêche) a été construit par le chantier Nipper à Skagen au Danemark en 1919. C' est un bateau de série de type danois "hajkutter" (haj: requin et kutter: coupeur). Ce type de bateau est dénommé ainsi pour ses qualités de navigation à la voile. Le "Lola of Skagen" était armé à la pêche à la senne. Il était utilisé pour capturer les harengs. C' était un harengier. Dans les années 1970, le "Lola of Skagen" est devenu un bateau de plaisance pour des activités de charter. Actuellement (2012), le "Lola of Skagen" bat pavillon britannique et il est mouillé dans l' Île d' Oléron (Charente Maritime).
