Description
English: Seven Spears is a work of public art representing Indigenous Australian culture outside the Sydney International Shooting Centre. It was created by artist Brook Andrew; each of the Aboriginal speer names does not relate to the geographical area where it comes from, which was deliberately done to reflect the mobility of Aboriginal people. Kummai is the name, in the Dhurug language group of the western Sydney region, of a general purpose spear from western NSW.
