Deutsch: Blick vom Kreuzkogel im Skigebiet Sportgastein auf die Hagener Hütte am Niederen oder Mallnitzer Tauern, einem uralten Tauernübergang. Sportgastein ist ein alpines Skigebiet am Talende des Gasteinertals. Vom Nassfeld, das ist die Bezeichnung für das Talende des Gasteinertales, führt die Goldbergbahn in zwei Sektionen bis unter den Gipfel des Kreuzkogels (2686 m). Hier erschließt sich dem Besucher an klaren Tagen ein spektakulärer Ausblick über das Gasteinertal und auf die umliegenden Berge der Hohen Tauern. Von der Bergstation führen mehrere Skiabfahrten unterschiedlicher Schwierigkeitsgrade über die Mittelstation zurück in das Nassfeld. Das Schutzhaus steht an der Grenze zwischen den Bundesländern Salzburg und Kärnten. Die Grenze verläuft über ein Nebengebäude der Hütte. The Mallnitzer Tauern is one of the ancient passes in the mountains of the Hohe Tauern. Sportgastein is an alpine skiing area in the Gastein valley in Salzburg (state). From the Nassfeld valley which is the name of the southern end of the Gastein valley the gondola lift Goldbergbahn leads in two sections up to the Kreuzkogel (2686 m), the starting point of several downhill skiing slopes. On clear days there is a spectacular sight over the Gastein valley and the surrounding mountains. |
