English: U.S. Army Soldier Capt. Robert Kuczarski, Area Support Group-Balkans command judge advocate, speaks with Dr. Labinot Osmani, veterinarian and owner of Klinika Veterinare (Mitro Vet), during a visit with Kosovo Forces in Mitrovica/Mitrovice, Kosovo, on Nov 27, 2020. KFOR service members were there to witness the veterinarian processes at Mitro Vet. The group also delivered supplies to the clinic to aid the local dogs and cats taken there.
