English: Jeseugndang is a shrine built to commemorate Admiral Yi Sun-sin on Hansan Island (Hansando), North Gyeongsang province, South Korea where Admiral Yi squashed the Japanese invasive military with the turtle-shaped ship (Turtle ship) during the Imjin War. The battle is referred to as "Battle of Hansan Island" (Hansan daecheop).
