| Description |
English: This Stele and shelter were erected in 1792 to mark the place where the government examinations were given at Dosan Seowon, a Confucian Academy, established in 1574 in Andong, South Korea, in memory of Confucian scholar Yi Hwang by some of his disciples and other Confucian authorities. A seowon serves two purposes: education and commemoration. |
