Description
English: Knock Hill I had wondered what was causing a band of white speckles above the woodland on the south side of Knock Hill. This is the explanation. The white stones have been dug out of the peat, and a tree, mainly Scots Pine, planted in the resulting hole. I hope they have left room for footpaths!
