Nederlands: Objectgegevens Titel: Kling en stootplaat van een nierdolk met tweesnijdend lemmet Beschrijving: Mes met een rond lopende metalen stootplaat aan de kling. De angels waarmee de ijzeren stootplaat aan het houten heft verankerd zitten, zijn nog aanwezig. Het lemmet is vanaf de hiel tot ongeveer 3,5 cm. meervoudig gefacetteerd met vlakke zijkanten, daarna tweesnijdend en ruitvormig in doorsnede. Het lemmet is vooral geschikt stootwapen, met naar de hiel toe meer de mogelijkheid om te snijden. Het smeedwerk getuigt van grote precisie en vakmanschap. Het staal is van goede kwaliteit.
