Description
English: King's Lynn station, 1992. View westward, to buffer-stops: terminus of ex-GER main line from London - Cambridge - Ely etc., formerly also of lines from Hunstanton (closed 5/5/69), Norwich via Dereham (closed 9/9/68) and South Lynn (M&GN, closed 2/3/59). In 1992, the electrification from Ely and Cambridge had just been completed, with the London services now running from Cambridge to King's Cross via Hitchin instead of to Liverpool Street.
