Description
English: Front page of the March 22, 1902 edition of the Kentucky Reporter, a long-running African American newspaper based in Owensboro, Kentucky, which later moved to Louisville, Kentucky. This is the only surviving issue from the Reporter's Owensboro period. Top stories include the close of the 1902 session of the Kentucky State Legislature and the murder of Elijah Drake at Madrid Bend, Kentucky.
