Description
English: Kay's curling stone factory Only curling stone making factory in Scotland. Granite slabs in foreground were quarried on Ailsa Craig, an island in the Firth of Clyde. The circular holes in the granite slab in the foreground show where the granite for two stones have been removed. The rock from Ailsa Craig is an example of a microgranite.
