Summary

[edit]
Description
English: Kai khua kluea (Thai script: ไก่คั้วเกลือ), Thai for "salt fried chicken". Chicken pieces are marinated with only salt overnight and then deep-fried the next day. While still piping hot after deep-frying, the chicken is sprinkled with sugar and then served with a Siracha style chilli sauce. A very simple but very tasty dish.
