Summary

[edit]
Description
English: "Kaburga dolması" is a lamb ribs (kaburga) dish from Turkey. It is a whole chest of lamb filled with "pilav" (pilaf of Turkey). This is a two-person serving at an Ankara restaurant. Note:Please do not worry for the red pepper you may see on the meat. This is the moment when the dish comes to the table. Later, a talented waiter cleans all fat and bones from the lamb using only two forks for this; and you eat simply shredded meat with rice. The pepper has gone together with the other unwanted elements. See here please.
