| Description | This image shows a multi‐well plate where KODE™ Constructs have been printed so as to identify the location of each well providing a positive result in the assay. The contrast between the printed and unprinted area in the well provides an internal negative control of particular use where the multi‐well plates are being read by a camera. The reaction is caused by a primary antibody reacting against antigen (FSL-A in this example) printed on a plate, then reacted with a secondary antibody enzyme conjugate which precipitates substrate onto the plate, thereby visualizing a printed antigen. |
