Description Es geht um den Landrat! Der Kreistag hat den Landrat zu wählen. Der Wahlkampf geht also wesentlich um die Person des Landrats. Der bisherige Landrat Dr. Dresbach gehört zur CDU. Er hat sein Amt als Betreuer seiner Heimat angesehen. Dabei hat er sich für alle eingesetzt, denen er glaubte, helfen zu müssen und helfen zu können. Parteipoli- tische Begünstigungen hat es für ihn nicht gegeben. Deshalb hat er auch Ansehen über die CDU hinaus. Aber nun gibt es politische Parteien, die Befehle von auswärts bekommen. Wer also die Wiederwahl von Dr. Dresbach sichern will, der wählt nur die Kandidaten der CDU
