Summary
[edit]DescriptionJuly 30 Bike Protest crowd - we need protected bike lanes.jpg |
English: On July 30, 2024, protesters blocked the intersection of Wellington Crescent and Academy Road in Winnipeg, Manitoba calling for better bike safety in Winnipeg. In the summer of 2024, a teenage cyclist was injured after being struck by a vehicle near that intersection, and Rob Jenner was killed in a hit-and-run at Wellington Crescent near Cockburn Street on June 6.
