Description
English: Creator: Unidentified

Location: Brisbane, Queensland
Description: Born on 27 April, 1889, Neal was the eighth and youngest child of John and Bridget Macrossan. He was educated at St Joseph's College, Nudgee and Magdalen College, Oxford. He married Eileen Elizabeth Beirne on 14 December, 1921. Neal was appointed Senior Puisne Judge in June 1940. His older brother Hugh was also a supreme court judge before him. Neal died on 30 December 1955.
