Portrait of Pierce Butler (justice), from here. The website itself may be copyrighted, however, in the bottom of this page archive copy at the Wayback Machine it clearly states "All portraits courtesy of the Supreme Court of the United States". Pictures created by the Supreme Court of US are under Public Domain since the court is part of the federal government.
